The electorate of Brand is situated on Whadjuk-Binjareb Noongar Boodjar and includes suburbs of the Rockingham-Kwinana area, south-west of Perth.

The Federal Electorate of Brand is made up of the following Local Government Areas:

City of Rockingham, includes the localities of Rockingham, Shoalwater, Safety Bay, Cooloongup, Hillman, East Rockingham, Waikiki, Warnbro, Baldivis, Port Kennedy, Secret Harbour, Karnup, Golden Bay and Singleton;

City of Kwinana, includes the localities of Kwinana Town Centre, Kwinana Beach, Hope Valley, Mandogalup, Wandi, Postans, The Spectacles, Anketell, Medina, Calista, Orelia, Parmelia, Bertram, Leda, Casuarina and Wellard.
